At LotemX, we believe that communication is the key to a successful project.

All of our clients are assigned a project manager, who follows the project from the idea phase until the client is completely satisfied with the completed product.   Having a dedicated project manager ensures open channels of  communication and a smooth, effective work process.

Our project managers are highly qualified and have vast experience in leading offshore projects.

Our work process is divided into the following stages:

• Defining the needs and requirements of the project-   At this stage our client is asked to present us with a detailed document describing his needs and requirements, including a timeline and any budgetary considerations. Our project manager will then work  with the client to finalize the project plan. We will then present the client with a price estimation.
• Production design-  At this stage we present  our client with a roadmap of the project and a breakdown our pricing structure. Clients are billed at each milestone of the roadmap. This ensures that the project progresses with full client involvement and satisfaction.
• Production- This is the stage that the project goes into production. The program is developed in accordance with the roadmap, and demo applications are periodically sent to the client.
  During the development stage the project manager works closely with the client, ensuring that the client's feedback and input are integrated into the development process. This ensures complete client satisfaction and streamlines project development.
• Q&A- All of our projects undergo Q&A before they are completed and go live. Our team members thoroughly test the system and all of its modules. Whenever possible, client involvement and feedback throughout the testing process is encouraged and appreciated.
• Delivering the final product- At this stage the completed project is delivered. Our team members assist with the installation process at the client's location, in accordance with the production design.

Support agreement- Our team will continue to troubleshoot the program and provide ongoing support in accordance with the type of support agreement that the client and project manager decide upon.
