A project manager is assigned to accompany the project from day one until the final product is deployed at the customer's site.

Work process:

• Defining the needs and requirements of the project under time & budget limitations.
  - At this stage our client is asked to deliver a detailed document describing his needs
    and requirements.
  - Our project manager will guide the customer and help him define his requirements,   according to we will deliver price estimation.
  
  
• Production design At this stage we send our client a road map of the project and our pricing. Our client will be charged at each mile stone of the roadmap. This way we make sure the project is making progress with full client involvement and satisfaction.



• Production The program is being written according to the road map and demo applications are being sent to the client.
  In each mile stone, the client's feedbacks are assimilated to ensure maximum satisfaction of our clients.



• Q&A At this stage we test the system and its modules while simulating the client's site.When possible we enable the client to perform the tests himself.



• Delivering the final product Deliver and assist the installation process at the client's site according to the production design.



• Support agreement According to the support agreement we will troubleshoot the program and response to further requests.
